What to write about

• Something isn't working: tell us what you were trying to do and on which device. Help and Status may answer it faster.
• Supporter passes and refunds: send your order code (it starts with RV-). You can ask for a full refund within 7 days, no questions asked. Parents can ask too.
• Parents: ask about a pass, a refund, or the data Re:Vault keeps. Privacy lists all of it.
• Schools and IT staff: For schools covers what Re:Vault is. Writing from a school address helps.
• Your data: ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it.
• A moderation decision: if you think one was a mistake, you can appeal by email.
• Copyright: see Copyright for what to include.
• Accessibility: tell us what didn't work for you. Accessibility lists the gaps we know about.
• A security problem: send the steps to reproduce it and what it could do.

Keep yourself safe

Never send a password, a card number or a bank detail, by email or anywhere else. Re:Vault staff will never ask for them. For a pass, the only payment handle to trust is the one on your order page.
